All appointments must be rescheduled with 24 hours or more notice to avoid charges. Exceptions are made for severe illness and emergencies. Insurance does not cover these fees.

For uninsured or out of network a self-pay discount for individual services will be applied (for Dr. Locker the discount is $35 if payment is made same day; for Dr. Boswell the discount is $60 if payment is made same day). Self-pay discount for group session is $10.
