All appointments must be rescheduled with 24 hours or more notice to avoid charges. Exceptions are made for severe illness and emergencies. Insurance does not cover these fees.
Self-pay discounts may apply for individuals out of network or uninsured. Please contact our office fora Good Faith Estimate.
